90-DAY FREE RETURNS

Return shipping from anywhere in the United States is always FREE. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Thebustlight, you can return your eligible item(s) for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date. Items designated as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless otherwise noted. Returned items must still have tags, be in the same condition you received them, and be in the original packaging. Some items are shipped with a security tag. Items returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. Thebustlight offers several easy return options, including returns without the need for a shipping box.

EXCHANGES

If you encounter any of the following situations, you may request an exchange:

  1. The product doesn’t match the description on the website, has clear printing defects, is blurry, or is placed incorrectly.
  2. The product is the wrong size.
  3. The package you received is lost, incorrect, damaged, or faulty due to the shipping process.

Please contact us, and we will send you the exact replacement item or provide a 100% refund, along with a discount voucher for your next purchase, without the need to return the package you received. We always aim to provide you with the best and most responsible service!

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCEL

Once your order has been submitted, you may cancel or make changes on your order within 24 hours of placing by going to “Contact Us” and creating a ticket, or reaching our customer support here.
When it is more than 24 hours after placing an order, THEBUSTLIGHT refuses to support order cancellation or order modification requests.
