– Production: Processing Time: 2 – 5 business days* (in regular seasons) depends on your order (please read description product)  and more depends on holiday seasons.

– Standard Shipping: 12 – 19 business days* (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons for one order shipped domestic

Thebustlight always provides FREE standard shipping for orders with 2 or more items – Some customers may qualify for FREE expedited shipping.

Location & Shipping speed 

Thebustlight ships to any location within the United States and to all U.S. territories, including APO/FPO military addresses.

Just because it’s free shipping doesn’t mean it will take a long time. When you check out, you will often see multiple delivery options with estimated delivery dates, so you can choose the one that suits you best. Please note that some items are not eligible for expedited shipping – these items will be marked as such in the product description. Expedited shipping does not apply to shipments outside the continental United States; please allow additional time for your order to reach these destinations. Orders to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO military addresses will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS). All delivery dates are subject to order cutoff times or carrier delays (typically 3-4 weeks).

Iteam not received

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we don’t have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ) , but if the problems still persists kindly email us Mail: [email protected] we’ll try our greatest to help you.

Sometimes tracking information won’t be available. this could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn’t updated on the app. In such cases, if you’re still unable to locate your item, contact us  Mail: [email protected] we’ll assist you…

Order changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it can be modified or cancelled within 1 day. If you’d wish to return a product, you’ve to start out out out out the returns procedure once you’ve received the item.

What if the items I received are defective/incorrcect/damaged?

Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product?

Please contact  our Customer Support team to start the exchange process. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact SMS number

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
